HS2000
The HS 2000 autosampler is the ideal companion for Thermo Finnigan gas chromatographs -- an accurate, simple alternative for the analysis of volatiles by GC. Finally, an autosampler has been introduced to eliminate the headaches commonly associated with transfer lines in a conventional autosampler by eliminating the transfer line. What could be simpler than placing the sample in a vial and allowing the autosampler to perform the extraction and then transfer the analytes directly into the inlet with a gas-tight syringe? All of the intricate operations of establishing an equilibrium in static headspace analysis are performed by the HS 2000 robotic autosampler through a powerful local controller or by Windows™ based software. A turret moves the 10 or 20 mL vial from a 32-position tray to the six-position incubator (40-150°C). If you're not sure of the ideal incubation time, a "progressive program method" will quickly perform method optimization. After reaching equilibration, the heated gas-tight syringe (150°C) is moved over the incubator by the turret and a sample is withdrawn. The turret turns to the position over the inlet, and makes the injection. The syringe is then automatically cleaned by purging with carrier gas. Various syringe sizes are available: 1 mL, 2.5 mL, and 5 mL. An agitator may be activated in the incubator to facilitate equilibrium and reduce analysis time. The HS 2000 is available for the TRACE™ GC and 8000 Top, Finnigan 9001 GC, TRACE MS, TEMPUS, PolarisQ and GCQ GC-MS systems and the HP 6890 and 5890.Материал готовится....
